In our quest to provide the best possible conference
experience at the lowest cost to ARSC members, we
invite institutions, corporations and foundations
to consider sponsoring conference events.
This year we anticipate attendance of approximately
125 of the nation's leading recorded sound historians,
music librarians, archivists, record collectors,
dealers and audio engineers to explore a wide range
of topics related to the history and preservation
of recorded sound.
But that’s not all. During the same weekend,
collectors and dealers from all over the world will
converge on Austin for the spring 2005 Austin Record
Convention, the largest record show in the world!
ARSC conference attendees will receive free passes
to the record convention, and convention attendees
will be invited to participate in ARSC conference
activities, creating unique opportunities for the
exchange of goods, information, and expertise. You
are cordially invited to join us during this very
exciting week.
The ARSC conference offers an excellent opportunity
to showcase your publications, recordings, equipment,
software, and services. By creating a positive,
lasting impression on the attendees—many of whom recommend
or approve purchases and acquisitions for their organizations—you
will significantly broaden your product and brand-name
recognition.
Your sponsorship will be rewarded with multiple
online, on-site, and printed acknowledgements.

material in the Conference Program Booklet, we must
receive your logo-artwork file and ad copy by January
10, 2005. The last date for accepting event sponsors
will be March 1, 2005.
